Job summary

MADEC Australia is seeking a Workplace Compliance Manager to oversee safety, compliance and efficiency of workforce operations across regional Australia. The role involves leading inspections, audits and risk assessments in collaboration with host employers, workers and government stakeholders.

You will travel intrastate and interstate, applying WHS standards, providing training and guidance to sites, and driving positive outcomes for workers and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace compliance, operations, labour hire or similar field-based environments.
• Ability to conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments or compliance activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional workplace compliance activities across multiple regions including Victoria and NSW.
• Drive safe, compliant and efficient workforce operations and support operational readiness.
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to ensure consistent standards and positive compliance outcomes.
