Job summary

Cancer Care Associates (CCA) is looking for a Client Engagement Partner to strengthen relationships with GPs, specialists and public health stakeholders, focusing on Sunshine Coast Buderim and Taringa centres. You will drive referral pathways and act as the face of CCA, promoting services and coordinating with clinicians.

The role requires on-the-road engagement, strong communication skills, and experience in healthcare relationship management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a healthcare or referrer engagement role, preferably in oncology or a similar field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Able to work autonomously and on the road, travelling between centres.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with GPs, specialists, and clinic staff for Sunshine Coast (Buderim) and Taringa centres.
Serve as primary contact for referrers and coordinate with CCA doctors and staff.
Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and referral pathways.
Deliver updated collateral and promote CCA services during visits.
Collaborate on strategic initiatives tailored to specific tumour streams.
Introduce CCA doctors to MDTs to enhance collaboration and referrals.
Schedule in-person meetings with referrers and doctors to discuss services and patient pathways.
Track engagement activities and report outcomes through the CRM system.
Provide management with regular updates on trends and challenges.
