Council Jobs is seeking a Field Assessment Officer to inspect newly constructed and renewed infrastructure assets, capture asset locations with GPS, and maintain high-quality records in GIS and asset management systems. You will work across sewer and stormwater projects, collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate data and smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience with field inspections of civil infrastructure assets.
• Ability to capture, verify and maintain asset location and attribute data.
• Strong understanding of GIS spatial data and asset management workflows.

Responsabilités

• Perform field inspections of sewer, stormwater, and related assets.
• Capture and verify asset data using GPS and mobile tools.
• Maintain asset records in GIS and asset management systems.
• Coordinate and validate as-constructed information for handovers.
• Conduct QA checks to ensure data quality and compliance.
