Job summary

Innovation Fibreglass in Melbourne is seeking a Fibreglasser with experience in chopper gun operation to join our permanent team. You will mix resins, lay up mats, roll out air bubbles and finish cured parts, while maintaining strict safety standards.

We value attention to detail and the ability to work independently to a high standard of finish. Full Australian working rights and a driver’s license are required; on-the-job training from A-Z is provided as we expand our operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Fibreglass Lamination or composite manufacturing.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Experience in the Fibreglass Industry desired.
• Current driver’s license.
• Eye for detail and commitment to a high standard of finish.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.

• Lay up chopped strand mat and woven roving.
• Roll out air bubbles and ensure smooth finishes.
• Trim, grind, and finish cured parts.
