Job summary

Monash IVF Group invites applications for a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife to join our Nursing Team across Parramatta and Penrith clinics on a full-time parental leave contract. You will provide nursing care, coordinate treatment cycles and educate patients throughout IVF treatment.

You will collaborate with Fertility Specialists and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, personalised care, emphasising empathy, clear communication and patient empowerment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as aRegistered Nurse (or RN) or Registered Midwife.
• Fertility/IVF nursing experience desirable, or a minimum of three years in a nursing team.
• Phlebotomy and ultrasound scanning competency desirable.
• Caring, compassionate approach to supporting patients through fertility care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to work across Parramatta and Penrith clinics.
• Proactive learner, open to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, treatment coordination and education before, during and after IVF treatment.
• Be the trusted patient contact helping navigate fertility treatment pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment cycles and nursing support throughout IVF journey.
• Educate patients on treatment protocols, medications and next steps.
• Collaborate with Fertility Specialists, nurses and embryologists to coordinate care.
• Undertake clinical nursing duties per protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure timely communication and accurate documentation for patients.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience with empathy and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinic processes and patient-centred care.
