Job summary

Mauri, part of the George Weston Foods Group, is a leading supplier of animal feed. We are hiring a Production Operator at our Enfield mill to work with a small team to ensure smooth production flow and high quality.

The base hourly rate is AUD 38.69–AUD 43.67 (inclusive of loading and allowances) plus superannuation. Responsibilities include monitoring production and batching, grain additions, materials checks and keeping the plant safe.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills for milling equipment.
• Effective communication within a small team.
• Commitment to health and safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and batching through mill control systems.
• Monitor whole grain and liquid additions.
• Ensure all raw materials meet specifications.
• Ensure plant is running safely and correctly.
