Job summary

Accenture in Australia is seeking a hands‑on System/ SME/ COTS Product lead to deploy and operate secure information exchange solutions within a Federated Mission Networking environment. You will work in an Agile team to implement core security technologies, notably Palo Alto NGFWs and Isode M‑Guard CDS, ensuring data‑centric security and Defence compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years in network security or systems engineering in secure environments (Defence/Government preferred).
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with stringent compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, military policies).

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical expertise for FMN security components.
• Design, configure, deploy, and manage Palo Alto NGFWs (policies, NAT, VPNs, App-ID, Threat Prevention).
• Install and maintain Isode M‑Guard systems for secure messaging and LDAP/X.500 integration.
• Translate designs into engineering specs, build documents, and SOPs.
