CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead Network Security to join our Managed Security Engineering team in Australia. You will act as the senior technical escalation point for complex enterprise environments, focusing on Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms and driving proactive engineering improvements.

You will mentor engineers, lead major incidents, and contribute to security architecture and design while supporting change processes and production optimisation.

Qualifikationen

• Deep hands-on production experience in enterprise network security.
• Expertise with Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto networks.
• Experience with FortiManager and Panorama; SD-WAN, VPN/IPsec and routing workflows.

Aufgaben

• Act as senior technical escalation point across complex network security environments.
• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting across Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms.
• Lead major incidents with coordination, root cause analysis and post-incident improvements.
• Mentor engineers and help move services from reactive to proactive engineering.
