Sharp and Carter is seeking a High-Volume Recruitment Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Brisbane. You will manage multiple roles from advert to appointment, screen large applicant pools, and conduct daily phone screens to move candidates through the process efficiently.

The role includes coordinating interviews, completing checks, and keeping candidates informed. Experience in high-volume recruitment or a related HR qualification is valued, with familiarity in ATS/Workday a bonus.

Formación

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, agency or in-house, or a Human Resources qualification and a real interest in recruitment.
• Ability to screen quickly while treating every applicant with respect.
• Confidence on the phone with people from all backgrounds.
• Strong organisation with the ability to juggle many roles without losing track.
• Comfort with technology; Workday or ATS experience is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple roles at once, from advertisement through to appointment.
• Screen large numbers of applications quickly and fairly.
• Run phone screens every day, often back to back.
• Build shortlists and coordinate interviews with hiring managers across the business.
• Complete reference, right to work (VEVO) and criminal history checks.
• Keep every candidate informed, even when the numbers are high.
• Help move recruitment into Workday from March 2027.
• Support the Human Resources team with some administration.
