Findmea is seeking a Data Entry Operator to join a global organisation operating across the food safety and animal health industries. The role will be based in Bundamba, relocating to Springfield shortly and will require flexibility to work from both locations during the transition.

This fast-paced, high-volume data entry position involves entering product codes and orders, verifying details for accuracy, and ensuring smooth movement of orders through the system.

Qualifications

• Data entry, order processing or administration experience preferred.
• Fast and accurate with strong attention to detail.
• Confident with computer systems and quick learner.
• Reliable, consistent and able to work independently.
• Available to start immediately and commit to part-time hours 8am-1pm.

Responsibilities

• High-volume data entry and order processing.
• Entering customer orders and product codes.
• Checking information for errors or discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate system records.
• Following established processes and procedures.
• Liaising with the team for clarifications.
• General administration support as required.
