Frontline Recruitment Group – Sydney Northern Beaches NSW is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a women's fashion boutique in Warriewood. You will drive sales, coach a small team and create an inviting store environment to grow a loyal customer base.

We are open to experienced Store Managers and strong ASMs or Supervisors seeking the next step. The role offers a competitive salary of 68K–70K plus super, wardrobe allowance, product benefits and sales commissions, with a flexible roster that

• Experience in fashion retail, ideally women's fashion.
• Previous Store Manager or Supervisor experience.
• Lead, motivate and develop a small team.

Looking for a role where you can lead, sell and still enjoy a little work-life balance?

We are looking for a hands‑on Store Manager to lead a women's fashion boutique in Warriewood. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a smaller store, lead a close‑knit team and build strong relationships with the local community. You'll be involved in everything from driving sales and coaching your team to creating an inviting store environment and growing a loyal customer base.

We're open to established Store Managers, as well as strong Assistant Store Managers and Supervisors who are ready for the next step.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in fashion retail, ideally women's fashion.
• Previous Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.
• Confident leading, motivating and developing a small team.
• Commercially minded with a focus on sales, budgets and customer experience.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and an eye for detail.
• Enjoy building customer relationships and growing a loyal client database.
• Community‑minded and comfortable connecting with local customers.
• Organised, proactive and confident working independently.
• Ideally based locally or within easy commuting distance of Warriewood.
