Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group – Brookvale NSW is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a contemporary lifestyle fashion brand at Warringah Mall. If you love fashion, streetwear and leading a team, this is your chance to shine on the shop floor.

You'll drive sales, coach a high-performing team, deliver an engaging customer experience, and manage stock and operations. The role is full-time (38 hours), with a salary of $58,000–$60,000 AUD, clothing allowance, staff discounts and strong progression

• Previous retail leadership experience.
• A genuine passion for fashion, streetwear or lifestyle retail.
• A strong sales mindset and confidence working towards KPIs.
• The ability to coach, motivate and bring out the best in your team.
• A customer-first approach and a natural ability to build rapport.
• A good eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing your team and creating an in-store experience that keeps customers coming back.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
