Elm Colour Your Lifestyle Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Clothing Store Manager to lead our Warriewood store, oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. In this full-time role you will manage inventory, scheduling, budgeting, and staff development.

You will also collaborate with regional management to align with the company’s fashion-forward, sustainability-minded approach and deliver a high-quality shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience.
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
