Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager for the Chermside store. In this fashion-forward leadership role, you’ll blend sales, styling and visual merchandising to create an exceptional customer experience.

Working Sunday to Thursday, you’ll lead from the floor, coach a high-performing team, and drive KPIs while ensuring the store showcases premium fashion and on-brand styling in a busy Chermside location.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or 2IC in retail.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Confident selling toward targets and KPIs.
• Strong visual merchandising and attention to detail.
• Hands-on leadership and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead store day-to-day in absence of Store Manager.
• Drive sales, conversion, ATV and KPIs.
• Lead from the floor and create styling experiences for customers.
• Coach and motivate the team on customer interactions.
• Assist with stock, operations, rostering and store standards.
