Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group has partnered with an established Australian lifestyle retailer to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for their Brisbane DFO outlet. In this high-volume environment you will lead from the front, inspire the team and help sustain the pace, energy and standards that drive the store's success.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will drive performance, coach and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or strong 2IC.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise during busy trade.
• Energy, resilience and a passion for developing people.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day leadership of a busy outlet store.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Help drive store performance and achieve key business objectives.
• Maintain high standards across visual merchandising and presentation.
• Support stock management, rostering and daily store operations.
• Foster a positive, energetic and customer-focused team culture.
• Step into the Store Manager's role when required.
