Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager for the Chermside store. In this fashion-forward leadership role, you’ll blend sales, styling and visual merchandising to create an exceptional customer experience.

Working Sunday to Thursday, you’ll lead from the floor, coach a high-performing team, and drive KPIs while ensuring the store showcases premium fashion and on-brand styling in a busy Chermside location.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or 2IC in retail.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Confident selling toward targets and KPIs.
• Strong visual merchandising and attention to detail.
• Hands-on leadership and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead store day-to-day in absence of Store Manager.
• Drive sales, conversion, ATV and KPIs.
• Lead from the floor and create styling experiences for customers.
• Coach and motivate the team on customer interactions.
• Assist with stock, operations, rostering and store standards.

Assistant Store Manager | Chermside

Our client is looking for an energetic and commercially minded Assistant Store Manager to support their Chermside team. Working across a Sunday to Thursday roster, you’ll be hands-on with customers, leading from the floor, driving results and helping bring the store and product to life.

This is a great opportunity for a strong senior retail leader or experienced Assistant Manager who loves premium fashion, knows how to sell and enjoys coaching a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day leadership of the store
• Drive sales, conversion, ATV and other key retail KPIs
• Lead from the floor and create memorable styling experiences for customers
• Coach and motivate the team to maximise every customer interaction
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store always looks exceptional
• Support stock, operations, rostering and general store standards
• Help build a positive, high-performing and engaging team culture

What you’ll bring

• Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, 2IC or strong senior team member
• A genuine passion for fashion, styling and customer service
• Confidence selling and working toward targets and KPIs
• Strong visual merchandising instincts and attention to detail
• A hands-on leadership style and the confidence to coach others
• High energy, commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
