Job summary

H&M Australia is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to store sales. You’ll help customers, share fashion knowledge, and maintain an inviting shopping environment through strong store operations and garment care.

You will also support colleagues by keeping stock organized, folding and displaying garments, and processing purchases and returns at the register, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and smooth store flow.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience preferred.
• Wamiliarity with fashion product knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise selling opportunities.
• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
• Open, unpack and label merchandise with security tags.
• Support customer purchases and returns at the register.
