Seed Heritage is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Mackay Store to lead a dynamic team and deliver an elevated customer experience through expert product knowledge and relationship-building. You will partner with the Store Manager to train, mentor and empower staff, driving sales and store profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The role focuses on crew leadership, rostering, and back-of-house administration in a fast-paced fashion retail environment, with opportunities

Competenze

• Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
