Job summary

Looksmart Alterations in Charlestown is seeking a store-based team member to support day-to-day operations. You will liaise between front of house staff and tailors in the back of house, assisting with simple sewing tasks and preparation as needed.

The ideal candidate has fashion experience, strong communication, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Looksmart Alterations Looksmart Alterations is Australia and NZ largest Clothing Alterations franchise with over 120 stores located in major shopping centres. We specialise in clothing alterations and repairs, with selected branches providing embroidery and dry cleaning.

This role will be based in our stores in our Charlestown location and will assist with the business day to day, this will include but not be limited to the following

Liaising between the front of house and our tailors in the back of house

Some simple sewing and prepping tasks may be required, basic sewing skills or at least the desire to learn will be required
