Job summary

Meldora Land Management, an operating platform of Gunn Agri Partners, seeks an Administration Assistant to support the Pretty Pine aggregation on a casual basis. You’ll work closely with the Farm Manager to keep administrative processes running smoothly and maintain up-to-date documentation.

This casual role offers 2-3 days per week with potential to increase. On-site is preferred, with possible flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, with agriculture or agribusiness experience an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff, suppliers and contractors.
• Confidence using business systems and willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, dependable and professional approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day farm operations.
• Assist with suppliers, invoices and purchasing administration.
• Support the onboarding of new employees and contractors.
• Keep farm records, compliance documentation and business systems up to date.
• Assist with logistics, parts and general farm coordination.
• Support communication between the farm team, suppliers, contractors and support office.
• Help maintain organised office and administration areas.
• Promote safe work practices and support a positive team culture.
