Job summary

Gunn Agri Partners is recruiting seasonal operators and farm hands to support harvest programs across several large-scale cropping operations in Australia. You will work with farm teams during the 2026 harvest, operating modern machinery and supporting day-to-day activities.

Ideal candidates are motivated, reliable, and able to start in harvest season. Experience in header operation, grain handling, or tractor operation is highly regarded, with a strong work ethic and willingness to work

Qualifications

• Experience with header operation, grain handling, and tractor/machinery operation is valued.
• Able to work in teams and communicate clearly.
• Valid driver’s licence and Australian Working Rights are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate broadacre harvest machinery (headers, tractors, support equipment).
• Operate chaser bins and grain handling equipment.
• Assist with grain cartage, storage and harvest operations.
• Support general farm activities as needed.
• Work safely as part of a team during busy harvest periods.

Job description

We are currently recruiting seasonal operators and farm hands to support harvest programs across several large-scale broadacre cropping operations throughout Australia.

These roles will work as part of farm teams during the upcoming 2026 harvest season, operating modern machinery and supporting day-to-day harvest activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate broadacre harvest machinery, including headers, tractors and support equipment
• Operate chaser bins and grain handling equipment
• Assist with grain cartage, storage and general harvest operations
• Support general farm activities as required
• Work safely as part of a team during busy harvest operations

About You

We are looking for motivated and reliable people who enjoy working in a hands-on agricultural environment. You might be a seasoned harvest worker, or just starting out.

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

• Header operation
• Grain handling
• Tractor or machinery operation
• Previous broadacre cropping or harvest experience

You will also have:

• A strong work ethic and ability to work extended hours during harvest
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A valid driver's licence and Australian Working Rights
• Willingness to work in regional locations
