• Qualifications (certificate or higher) with experience in working with children or vulnerable families.
• Sound knowledge of Queensland child protection environment.
• Ability to obtain positive notice as required for safeguarding checks.
• Must hold a Queensland provisional green or higher driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group work, educational and support activities for parents and children, including playgroups.
• Provide support and intervention to families in line with their plan.
• Support life and personal skill development for clients.
• Offer in-person support as a Services Australia Agent.
