WorkPac Group is seeking a reliable Factory Worker to support a metal fabrication workshop and production team in Brisbane. The role involves assisting with general factory duties, moving and organising materials, aiding tradespeople, and preparing metal components with hand and power tools.

Candidates should have factory or labouring experience, be physically fit for manual handling, and demonstrate reliability within a team. White Card and Forklift Licence are desirable.

What you will be doing

As a Factory Worker you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Assist with general factory and workshop duties
• Move, handle and organise materials and fabricated products
• Assist tradespeople with fabrication and production tasks
• Use hand and power tools to clean, grind and prepare metal components
• Assist with loading, unloading and general material handling

What you will need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

• Previous factory, workshop or labouring experience
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
