Job summary

MP Recruitment is seeking reliable Factory Workers for ongoing casual roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Victoria. Day, afternoon and night shifts are available with 12-hour rotating rosters (4 days on, 4 days off) and regular hours, offering the potential for ongoing work and competitive pay.

You will support daily operations, operate machinery, perform basic quality checks and contribute to a safe, efficient production line.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and capable of manual and heavy work.
• Experienced in factory, manufacturing, production or steel industry is highly regarded.
• Good communication and basic numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• General factory and manufacturing duties.

• Assembling and preparing products.
• Loading and unloading materials.

• Following production instructions and basic drawings.

MP Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and motivated Factory Workers for multiple on-going casual opportunities within the manufacturing industry!

With day, afternoon and night shifts available, these positions offer regular hours, excellent rates of pay and the opportunity to secure ongoing work in a supportive and professional manufacturing environment.

About the role

As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy manufacturing facility. You will work as part of a team to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Duties may include:

• General factory and manufacturing duties.
• Operating machinery and production equipment.
• Using hand tools and basic equipment.
• Assembling and preparing products.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Conducting basic quality checks.
• Following production instructions and basic drawings.

• A current Forklift Licence is highly regarded but not essential.
