Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for supplier quality issues affecting manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional response to rapidly escalate, track, and resolve issues.
• Perform risk assessments on tool build completion, production schedules, and shipments.
• Drive containment actions across plant and company-wide to prevent recurrence.
• Initiate material recovery plans with suppliers to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain to mitigate risks.
• Communicate status and plans to stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Protect product quality and delivery reliability through proactive problem solving.
