Job summary

LAM RESEARCH Corporation is seeking a proactive supply chain professional to drive supplier performance improvements through data analysis and corrective actions. You will partner with suppliers and internal teams to mitigate risks and support NPIs and supply continuity in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires 7–12 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence executives through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Material Science, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7–12 years of working experience in supply chain or operations.
• Builds trusted partnerships with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Uses data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Identifies risks and mitigates supply continuity risks.
• Experience with NPI, product transitions, or manufacturing scale-up preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or root cause analysis is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier performance improvements through data analysis, performance reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate supply risks.
• Support new product introductions, product transitions, and business continuity initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve supply constraints, capacity challenges, and material shortages.
• Influence decision-making through insights, analytics, and executive-level communications.
