Seeking an experienced Project Manager for sheet metal fabrication at Seek's Australian manufacturing operation. Role focuses on hands-on leadership, coordinating multiple metal fabrication projects, and ensuring on-time delivery through close collaboration with Production and Quality teams.

Ideal candidate will interpret engineering drawings, manage bottlenecks, and maintain schedules while delivering quality results in a fast-paced factory setting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing metal fabrication projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Hands-on, factory-floor presence with proactive approach.
• Strong scheduling and delivery management.
• Collaborates with Production Managers and other departments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate multiple manufacturing projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities, priorities and project requirements with Production Managers.
• Monitor progress to meet milestones and delivery deadlines.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and workflow issues.
• Coordinate requirements across manufacturing and quality departments.
• Monitor material availability and resource needs for delays.
• Review engineering drawings and specs to ensure production needs are understood.
• Provide regular updates to management on progress and delays.
