The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Casual Factory Product Line Worker to support our manufacturing and packaging operations.

This role may suit individuals with a baking, kitchen hand, or food prep background, as it involves working with ingredients, following precise procedures, and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production and packaging of grooming products, creating and following clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Keep the workspace clean, organised, and hygienic
• Collaborate with the team to hit daily production goals
• Follow health & safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Contribute positively to the team and follow instructions closely
• Boxing, labelling and packaging products

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or food prep is highly regarded
• Baking or kitchen hand experience is ideal due to the process-focused, hygienic nature of the role
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, can-do attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to doing a great job
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Physically capable of lifting up to 10kg and being on your feet
• Must be available weekdays 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (starting at 2 days/week)
• Sunshine Coast resident with own transport
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and improve processes
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical if required
