Job summary

Excel Recruitment in Melbourne's Dingley Village is seeking a Factory Labourer to assemble products using hand and power tools, operate production machinery and maintain quality throughout the process.

You will work with metal components, perform manual assembly, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Immediate availability is required, with shifts Monday to Thursday 3pm–11:30pm and Friday 1pm–7pm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, factory work or warehousing.
• Confidence using drills, power tools and basic workshop equipment.
• Experience working with metal components and performing manual assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Full Australian working rights
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Availability to start immediately
