Job summary

Shamrock Joinery on the Central Coast is seeking a reliable Factory Hand / Labourer to support day-to-day operations on the factory floor. This is a hands-on role in a small team working on high-end joinery projects.

You will assist with cleaning, timber handling, spray painting and loading deliveries, while maintaining a productive, safe work environment. Previous joinery experience is helpful but not essential.

• Keeping workstations stocked and organised.
• Tailing out and assisting machine operators.
• Stacking and moving timber.
• Supporting different sections including sash & door and framing.
• Assisting with loading trucks for delivery.

Shamrock Joinery is a custom timber window and door manufacturer based on the Central Coast, working across high-end residential and architectural projects.

We’re looking for a reliable Factory Hand / Labourer to join our team and support day-to-day operations on the factory floor.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on role assisting across multiple areas of the factory. You’ll be working alongside our team to keep things running smoothly and support production where needed.

The role includes:

• Emptying bins and maintaining general cleanliness across the factory
• Assisting with spray painting
• Fitting seals into frames
• Keeping workstations stocked and organised
• Tailing out and assisting machine operators
• Stacking and moving timber
• Supporting different sections including sash & door and framing
• Assisting with loading trucks for delivery

This is a physical role and requires someone comfortable being on their feet and working in a fast-paced environment.
