Job summary

Lightning HR PTY LTD is seeking a hands-on Factory Hand to join a friendly team manufacturing aluminium windows and frames on the Sunshine Coast. No aluminium experience is required—bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will work Monday to Friday in a long-term role with on-the-job training and supportive teammates.

You will assist with manufacturing, use basic hand and power tools, measure, cut and assemble components, and help keep the factory clean and safe for everyone.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Factory Hand to join a friendly team manufacturing aluminium windows and frames.

You don’t need previous experience with aluminium windows – just a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in hands‑on work. If you’re practical, hardworking and looking for a long-term opportunity with a company where you can grow, this could be the perfect fit!

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of aluminium windows and frames.
• Using basic hand and power tools.
