Job summary

Australian Coffee and Dough – Mount Kuring-Gai NSW is seeking a Factory Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards across the facility. Roles include day shift (7am-3pm) or afternoon shift (1pm - 9pm) with ongoing full-time work.

Responsibilities include cleaning production areas, sanitising equipment, washing surfaces and following WHS procedures. Suitable candidates are physically fit, detail-oriented and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Factory/industrial cleaning experience is welcome but not required.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive/manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to follow cleaning procedures and instructions.
• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Comfortable wearing PPE.
• Available for ongoing full-time work.
• Consistent hours and on-site presence.

• Work around active production areas.
• Complete cleaning checklists and documentation as required.

As a Factory Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility, working in an active manufacturing environment. Either day shift (7am-3pm) or afternoon shift (1pm - 9pm) available.

• Cleaning factory and production areas, offices and bathrooms
• Cleaning and sanitising manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Washing down production areas, floors and work surfaces
• Using industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Removing waste and maintaining designated disposal areas
• Completing scheduled and deep-cleaning tasks
• Following site hygiene and sanitation procedures
• Following WHS, PPE and site safety requirements
• Working around active production and manufacturing areas
• Completing cleaning checklists and documentation as required

About you

• Previous factory, industrial or production cleaning experience highly regarded, but not essential
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Physically fit and comfortable completing repetitive/manual tasks
• Strong attention to detail
