Job summary

Infocus Design Pty is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain cleanliness across our offices, kitchens, bathrooms and busy manufacturing areas in Lane Cove West, Sydney. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with on-site parking and independent daily responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have previous commercial cleaning experience, a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude to uphold high presentation standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience is required.
• Factory or manufacturing experience highly regarded.
• Confident using cleaning products safely and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices, kitchens, bathrooms, staff amenities and factory areas.
• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting and cleaning glass and surfaces.
• Emptying bins, waste and recycling management.
• Regular deep cleaning and maintaining high standards.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Identify areas needing attention and report maintenance or safety concerns.

About the Role

This is a full-time, hands-on position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our offices, kitchens, bathrooms, staff amenities and designated factory areas.

Working Monday to Friday, you will independently manage your responsibilities and maintain consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting and cleaning glass and surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms and staff amenities.
• Maintaining designated factory, warehouse and shared areas.
• Emptying bins and managing waste and recycling.
• Regular deep cleaning and maintaining high standards.
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Proactively identifying areas requiring attention and reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
