Job summary

Australian Coffee and Dough – Mount Kuring-Gai NSW is seeking a Factory Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards across the facility. Roles include day shift (7am-3pm) or afternoon shift (1pm - 9pm) with ongoing full-time work.

Responsibilities include cleaning production areas, sanitising equipment, washing surfaces and following WHS procedures. Suitable candidates are physically fit, detail-oriented and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Factory/industrial cleaning experience is welcome but not required.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive/manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to follow cleaning procedures and instructions.
• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Comfortable wearing PPE.
• Available for ongoing full-time work.
• Consistent hours and on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Clean factory and production areas, offices and bathrooms.
• Clean and sanitise manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Wash down production areas, floors and work surfaces.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Remove waste and maintain disposal areas.
• Complete scheduled and deep-cleaning tasks.
• Follow site hygiene, PPE and safety procedures.
• Work around active production areas.
• Complete cleaning checklists and documentation as required.
