Job summary

Programmed, in Campbellfield VIC, is seeking reliable Factory Hands for immediate start on day and afternoon shifts. You'll work on production lines performing packing, labelling, scanning, palletising and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have previous experience in production line or packing roles, are physically fit, and can follow safety procedures with strong communication and attention to detail. Training and inductions provided.

Programmed is currently seeking reliable and motivated Factory Hands to join a leading manufacturing operation based in Campbellfield.

These positions are for an immediate start, working Monday to Friday across day and afternoon shifts within a fast-paced production environment. The role involves hands-on work across packing lines, palletising and general factory duties.

About your new role:

• Production line packing and assembly work
• Packing, labelling and scanning products
• Building and making boxes for dispatch
• Palletising finished goods
• Using tape guns and basic packing equipment
• Maintaining accuracy and quality control on the line
