Job summary

KENT WORLDWIDE is seeking a reliable Factory Hand to join our Upper Swan WA site. This hands-on casual role suits someone with experience in production, packing or warehousing. You will operate basic packing and checking equipment, prepare packaging materials, and help with line changeovers and safety procedures.

We value strong safety awareness, punctuality and teamwork. A forklift licence is highly regarded or willing to obtain one to support efficient operations and dispatch.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packing or warehousing.
• Strong safety awareness and manual handling knowledge.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• A forklift license highly regarded (or willingness to obtain).

About the Role

We are looking for a reliableFactory Handto join our Operations team at our Upper Swan - WA manufacturing site. This is ahands-on casual rolesuited to someone with experience in production, packing or warehousing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operate basic packing, sealing, printing and checking equipment

Prepare and stage packaging materials

Complete quality checks and production records

Palletise, wrap and label finished goods for dispatch

Follow all WHS and site safety requirements

Support line changeovers, rework and general factory duties

What We’re Looking For
