Job summary

Kent Worldwide in Australia is seeking a reliable Packer to join our production team on a casual basis. You will pack finished products, prepare orders for dispatch and support daily operations. Applicants should be comfortable with repetitive manual tasks, lifting and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Previous manufacturing or warehousing experience is preferred but not essential. Award wages apply with the opportunity for additional overtime.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packer to join our production team, with opportunities available on a casual basis. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for packing finished products, preparing orders for dispatch, and supporting the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Pack finished products
• Conduct visual quality checks and report any defects or issues
• Label and prepare goods for dispatch
• Maintain accurate production and packing records
• Assist with general production and housekeeping duties
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets

About You

• Have previous experience in a manufacturing, warehousing or packing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrate a strong focus on safety and quality
• Be reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude
• Be comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks and lifting within safe manual handling guidelines
• Work effectively as part of a team
