Job summary

Chemforce is hiring a casual Factory Hand to join our Laverton North team, VIC. You will downpack bulk product, label and cartonize, and assist with picking, packing and dispatch. A focus on safety, accuracy and efficiency is essential in a busy warehouse environment.

This casual role offers early start/finish shifts, on-site training, and opportunities to grow with a long-standing building-industry supplier. Applicants should be reliable, physically fit and safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/factory experience preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely and efficiently.
• Good level of stamina for light physical labour.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and dispatching.

Responsibilities

• Downpack bulk product into containers and label accordingly.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Work with an early start and finish as required.
