Job summary

T Benning & N Benning in New South Wales is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee product handling, grading, packing and despatch, ensuring compliance with QA and cold-chain requirements at our NSW site. This permanent, full-time role requires a Diploma and several years of related experience.

You will coordinate with Harvest, Maintenance and Despatch teams, maintain traceable QA records, train staff, and ensure procedures are followed and waste is managed correctly.

Qualifications

• AQF Diploma is required for this role.
• 3–5 years of related field experience is expected.
• Overseas applicants must have a Skill Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming product quality and determine grading resources.
• Monitor product quality through production stages including grading.
• Rectify issues due to mechanical damage or grading quality.
• Liaise with Harvest Supervisor / Maintenance Manager / Despatch Manager.
• Ensure QA records enable traceability for all despatches.

AQF Diploma

3-5 years of experience in related field

Job Responsibility

• Ensure correct handling of product to meet customers’ requirements including grading, packing, cool chain, hygiene and despatch

Duties

• Assess incoming product regarding quality and determine grading resources
• Monitor quality of product through various stages in production shed, washing, 1st, 2nd and final grading
• Rectify any issues due to mechanical damage / grading quality
• Liaise with Harvest Supervisor / Maintenance Manager / Despatch Manager
• Ensure all Quality Assurance (QA) records are correct, allowing for complete traceability
• Manage correct cool chain when handling and despatch of product
• Ensure all personnel are trained and performing as per standard procedure
• Ensure all waste products are handled as per standard procedure
• Ensure all despatches are as per standard procedure

Qualification

• AQF Diploma
• 3-5 years of experience in related field
• If overseas applicant, Skill Assessment is compulsory

Salary

• $70,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation

Working Condition

• Full Time / 38 hours per week
