About you

You’ll be an AHPRA Registered Nurse with a proven track record of successfully leading the clinical operations of a residential aged care home with 100+ beds.

You’ll also bring:

A minimum of five years' senior clinical leadership experience in a residential aged care home with 100+ beds.

Strong knowledge of clinical governance, AN-ACC, accreditation and the Aged Care Quality Standards.

The maturity, resilience and judgement to confidently lead experienced clinical teams.

The ability to build trust with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.

The confidence to navigate difficult conversations, mentor clinicians and lead organisational change.
