Job summary

OneCare Limited in Burnie is seeking a skilled Facility & Grounds Maintenance Assistant on a casual basis to support the upkeep of the grounds at the facility, Independent Living Units and rental properties.

You will work with the gardening and maintenance team to deliver quality service, handle administration such as invoices and work requests, and keep records to meet audit and compliance requirements while following OneCare standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and land care.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Committed to safe work practices.
• Motivation to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands on support to maintain the grounds of our consumers at the Facility, Independent Living Units and Rental Properties.
• Work as a member of the gardening and maintenance team to ensure that quality service is delivered whilst accommodating consumer choice

As aFacility &Grounds Maintenance Assistantthe successful applicantwill:
