As aFacility &Grounds Maintenance Assistantthe successful applicantwill:

• Provide hands on support to Maintain the grounds of our consumers at the Facility, Independent Living Units and Rental Properties.
• Work as a member of the gardening and maintenance team to ensure that quality service is delivered whilst accommodating consumer choice
• Undertake administrative duties associated with the role such as; invoices and work requests
• action all maintenance requests and maintain accurate records of work to meet audit and compliance requirements
