Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Lantower Sunrise in Logan City, QLD. You will perform technical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities safe, clean, and functional.

The role covers make-ready for units, inventory management, safety compliance, and routine inspections, with on-call shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule plus rotation. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid local license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• Certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units with inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory and coordinate with maintenance supervisor on re-ordering needs.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Assist in maintaining grounds and amenities and perform light cleaning as needed.
