YHA Australia is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to support YHA Sydney Central’s facilities and guest spaces in Sydney. You’ll perform regular inspections, coordinate with the Property Manager on works, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

You’ll maintain the pool and keep accurate records, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and the ability to work independently where needed. The role suits someone with practical maintenance experience and a commitment to guest

Responsibilities

• Performing thorough weekly building and facility inspections
• Liaising with the Property Manager or Building & Facilities Manager for project works and maintenance
• Maintaining the swimming pool and testing chemical levels
• Completing and maintaining inspection, safety, and maintenance records
• Work unsupervised or in a team with a broad handyman skill set
