Job summary

Kingpin Bondi is seeking a Technical & Facilities Lead to set the standard from day one, building a proactive maintenance culture and leading a team that keeps the venue performing at its best.

You will oversee maintenance of bowling equipment, games and building services, drive preventative programs, manage contractors and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while partnering with venue leaders to improve guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in facilities, maintenance or technical operations.
• Experience with equipment, mechanical systems, attractions or building infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills to balance priorities.
• Proactive hands-on approach with safety and operational excellence.
• Strong communication to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Facilities team to deliver safe, efficient and proactive maintenance outcomes.
• Oversee maintenance and performance of bowling equipment, games, attractions, building services and venue infrastructure.
• Drive preventative maintenance programs to maximise asset lifespan and minimise downtime.
• Manage contractor relationships and coordinate facility projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards.
• Partner with venue leaders to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Monitor maintenance priorities, asset performance and expenditure to support business goals.
