Job summary

Timezone Illawarra venue is seeking a technically minded Technician to maintain and repair game machines and bowling lanes, ensuring safety and smooth operations for guests and staff.

You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager, applying trade skills and tech knowledge to deliver a safe, fun experience. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong guest relations are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Technically minded with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Experience in a trade or technical field is preferred.
• Strong guest-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work as part of a team to keep the venue running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair arcade and bowling game machines and related equipment.
• Assist the Venue Manager to ensure guest safety and a great guest experience.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues on the floor.
• Support the team with tech setup and operational tasks as needed.
