Murdoch University is seeking a Facilities Services Officer to provide frontline customer service and administrative support across Campus Development and Facilities Maintenance. Based at the service centre, you will coordinate maintenance requests and contractor activities across multiple campus areas.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Facilities Management or equivalent, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and time management.
The Campus Development portfolio delivers infrastructure, maintenance and capital projects that support the University’s growth, sustainability and long-term strategic goals, creating environments that enable learning, research and community engagement.
The Facilities Services Officer provides frontline customer service and administrative support for Campus Development and Facilities Maintenance. Based at the University’s service centre, the role coordinates maintenance requests, service enquiries and contractor activities across areas including facilities, security, parking, grounds, cleaning and logistics. The position also supports contractor compliance processes, inductions, permits and work order administration across all campuses.

This Continuous, Full Time attracts a remuneration of $74,809 – $91,567 plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
