Job summary

Cast Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance of a commercial property portfolio in Western Australia. You will ensure building services run efficiently, manage contractors, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Based in WA, you will drive tenant relationships, coordinate inspections, and lead WHS initiatives while supporting a globally respected property brand that values innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in facilities, building, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building services, contractor management, and WHS compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building operations, maintenance programs, and essential services.
• Manage HVAC, lifts, access control systems, and building management systems.
• Coordinate contractors, tendering, work permits, and service agreements.
• Build strong tenant and client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct property inspections, manage defects, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor energy, water, and waste consumption and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead WHS, risk management, fire safety, and compliance initiatives.
• Investigate incidents, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Provide after-hours emergency response support as required.
