Job summary

Merse Wellness Spa in Osborne Park is seeking a Facility Manager to lead our flagship location, overseeing operations, driving revenue and member engagement while nurturing a high-performing team.

You will shape guest experiences, uphold premium standards and partner with senior leadership to grow the Merse Wellness Spa brand across Australia. This role requires strategic thinking, people leadership and a passion for premium wellness.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a facility management role.

As our Facility Manager, you'll be responsible for leading every aspect of our flagship Osborne Park location, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, outstanding operational standards and strong commercial performance.

You'll oversee sales, membership growth, customer service, operations and team leadership while creating a high-performing culture that reflects the premium Merse Wellness Spa brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the facility, driving revenue growth, membership sales, retention and profitability.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee all day-to-day facility operations, ensuring premium presentation, operational excellence, compliance and safety standards.
• Manage external contractors and service providers, including cleaning, pool servicing, sauna servicing and equipment maintenance.
• Deliver an exceptional end-to-end client journey while managing escalated enquiries and driving member retention.
• Develop local business partnerships, community engagement initiatives and promotional activities to generate new business.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and implement strategies that improve commercial performance and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing success of the Merse Wellness Spa brand.

About You

You'll Be Someone Who

• Has demonstrated management experience within a spa, wellness centre, health club or premium hospitality environment.
• Has a proven track record of achieving sales, membership and operational KPIs.
• Is a strong leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Brings exceptional communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Has a customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering premium client experiences.
• Is highly organised, commercially minded and confident managing multiple priorities.
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current First Aid & CPR Certificate and has Australian working rights.
