Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to own the operational delivery of a major distribution centre in the Western suburbs of Sydney. You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate contractors and ensure safe, reliable facility operations.

You will balance preventative and reactive maintenance, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement and ensure WHS compliance, stakeholder engagement and cost optimisation in a 24/7, business-critical environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years in a dedicated Facilities Management role.
• Experience overseeing facilities within distribution centres or similar complex operations.
• Proven leadership of maintenance teams and contractors.
• Strong financial acumen with budget forecasting and P&L awareness.
• Experience managing hard and soft facilities services and WHS knowledge.

• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across building services and critical infrastructure.
• Lead maintenance personnel, contractors and external service providers.
• Manage hard and soft facilities services, ensuring service delivery and compliance.
• Take ownership of maintenance budgets, forecasting and cost optimisation.
• Ensure statutory compliance and contractor safety under WHS requirements.
• Coordinate responses to breakdowns to minimise downtime and disruption.
• Build strong relationships with site leadership and service partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset reliability and lifecycle performance.
• Support capital works and site improvement initiatives.
